Unlike many manufacturing sites, you'll have access to a fully equipped engineering workshop complete with fabrication facilities, lathe, milling equipment and welding bays, allowing engineers to get involved in practical improvement projects rather than simply responding to breakdowns.

4 on, 4 off shift pattern with a 1 in 4 night shift rotation , providing a strong work-life balance while maintaining exposure to all areas of the operation.
