You will be responsible for maintaining mechanical, electrical, and building services systems, ensuring compliance with legislative and contractual requirements while contributing to the smooth operation of client properties.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across client sites.
Diagnose faults and perform repairs, maintenance, and installations as required.
Ensure all work is documented accurately and maintain appropriate company records.
