Multi Skilled Engineer - Plumbing Bias

Responsibilities

• Carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across plumbing and water installations, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Maintain and repair hot and cold water systems, pipework, TMVs, calorifiers, pumps, sanitary ware, drainage and small installation works.
• Support wider building services activities across mechanical, electrical, HVAC and basic fabric tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Experience working in facilities management, commercial or building services environments.
• Strong plumbing fault-finding and repair skills.
• Good understanding of water hygiene, health & safety and compliance requirements.
