Role: Multi Skilled Engineer - Fabric Engineer/PainterHours: 40 hrs/weekLocation: Manchester, M11 2ET

We are looking for an experienced Handyperson to work with a range of Mitie clients to carry out building maintenance activities, with repairs undertaken where necessary, to achieve the highest level of service to the client in the most cost-effective, technically competent, and safe manner. 

Role Responsibilities:
You should be capable of working to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements and ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.
