We are seeking a Multi-Site Leader to join our First Mile team in Rio de Janeiro, RJ. In this role, you will provide inspiring and supportive leadership across multiple operational sites. At the same time, you won’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves and get involved when needed.
You will be directly responsible for developing a team of Shift Managers and their direct reports, while reporting to the Senior Operations Manager. The quality of your leadership will be key to your success.
