Multi-Line Assembler/Tester (afternoons)

Job Overview

As a Multi-Line Technician/Cab Tester you will operate as part of the production team responsible for the assembly of parts or components to produce Building Construction Product (BCP) machines, including cab testing, according to specified work orders. You will work across several stations covering planned and unplanned absences, using lean manufacturing tools to meet takt times and production sequences.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented standard work procedures/instructions to perform safe and defect‑free assembly of parts and components using hand, power tools and lifting equipment provided in the work area.
• Work on several stations to support planned and unplanned absences.
• Train and coach Assembly Technicians on standard work instructions.
• Operate BCP built machines where required.
