You will be the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 for the Pinellas F-16/F-35 Assembly team
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for planning daily activities, sequencing, and assigning work to support business goals and targets across multiple COE Assembly Work Areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Lead a team of approximately 20 employees with a focus on rate assembly operations.
+ Motivate improvement, drive corrective actions, identify risk‑mitigation actions, and solve complex problems across programs such as F‑35, F‑16, and F‑22.
+ Embrace Full Spectrum Leadership to develop, support, and empower teams, encouraging ownership throughout the organization.
+ Cultivate program performance on quality, cost, and schedule metrics.
+ Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless execution of assembly work.
