**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading a skilled hourly crew in the C‑130 outer‑wing build, driving quality, cost, and schedule excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Supervise a team of 10+ hourly associates, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule targets.
+ Implement process‑improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
+ Collaborate with HR and union stewards to resolve employee matters and maintain positive labor relations.
+ Oversee training, performance evaluations, and compliance documentation for all team members.
