MTO Category Management (KDW)

Responsibilities

• Support category performance tracking by maintaining and analyzing data related to orders, quotations, conversion rates, margins, backlog, and execution timelines.
• Prepare analytical inputs for pricing reviews, discount structures, and quotation benchmarks to support profitable decision-making.
• Track design-wise and project-wise performance trends, highlighting risks, delays, or margin leakages for timely corrective actions.
• Support new product and design launches by tracking pipeline performance, order inflow, and post-launch outcomes versus targets.
• Maintain structured dashboards and reports (Excel / Power BI/SAP) for weekly and monthly category reviews covering sales, conversion, and delivery metrics.
• Coordinate with SCM and Operations to track material availability, in-process status, and delivery commitments impacting category performance.
