Job Description
Partner with IE, PE, Planning, EE, and Manufacturing teams to align machine allocation strategies and ensure achievement of weekly and monthly shipment objectives.
Conduct detailed capacity analysis in collaboration with Coordinators; identify gaps and escalate required support or mitigation actions to IE, Manufacturing, PE, EE, and Planning teams, ensuring timely follow-up and execution of agreed mitigation plans.
Work closely with team members to develop and execute tool conversion plans that support order requirements while sustaining high equipment utilization performance.
