MSS System Leadership Role

Elevate student information management as the MSS System Lead, tasked with ensuring data accuracy and effective school communication. This role runs for ten months and is vital for school administration.
As the lead under the Principal, you will provide oversight of the MySchoolSask (MSS) system, supporting staff in data-related activities and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. You will also play a key role in training new users and maintaining the integrity of student records.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily MySchoolSask operations including attendance and reporting
• Ensure the accuracy of all student demographic and program data
• Generate reports for administration and Ministry purposes
• Train staff in the use of MSS tools and troubleshooting
• Manage user access and uphold data privacy standards
