MSOC L2 Specialist

The MSOC Level 2 Specialist (Shift Lead / ATL) is responsible for advanced monitoring, detection, and analysis of security alerts across customer environments. This role provides technical leadership to Level 1 Analysts, supports incident response activities, and ensures timely escalation and resolution of security events. The L2 Specialist plays a key role in triaging incidents, guiding junior analysts, and maintaining operational excellence within the SOC.
