Objectives:

Based on the brand/functional plan, develop an MSL action plan through scientific engagement and teach and coach MSLs. Enhance daily MSL activities to contribute to the creation of scientifically important evidence. As a member of International Medical Affairs (IMA), work collectively to make a significant impact on patient care. Enhance the scientific and communicative capabilities of MSLs.

Summary of Job Description:

1. Manage and lead a team of MSL
2. Teach and coach direct reports to deliver scientific engagement well
3. Create and articulate medical educational strategy
4. Regional Key External Expert (KEE) management with scientific communication
5. Regional Speaker Identification and Development
