MS365 Solutions Analyst

**Specific duties include, but are not limited to:**

+ **SharePoint & M365 Administration**
+ Design and implement SharePoint site structures, including hub sites, communication sites, and team sites, ensuring a logical and scalable information architecture.
+ Establish and enforce metadata standards, content types, and retention policies to ensure data remains searchable and compliant.
+ Manage user access and security groups via on-prem AD and Azure AD (Entra ID); perform regular permission audits and maintain external sharing controls.
+ Manage global Microsoft SharePoint and Teams settings, including voice policies, meeting configurations, and secure external collaboration.
+ Monitor Microsoft 365 service health, manage tenant-wide settings, and oversee the implementation of new features from the Microsoft roadmap
