MS Network Engineer (L3)

Position: Networking Managed Services Engineer (L3) – NTT DATA

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and resolve technical incidents and problems, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Determine root causes of critical incidents and implement solutions.
• Manage high‑complexity tickets, conduct thorough analyses, and deliver resolutions.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, and create knowledge articles for frequent tasks.
• Provide input to automation teams to reduce manual efforts.
• Ensure client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and fully operational.
• Use monitoring tools to respond promptly to alerts.
• Identify and log problems before escalation; analyze and elevate support calls.
• Investigate third‑line support calls to find root causes and solutions.
