ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a MS Dynamics CRM Developer to come on board and support our operation in Austria.

We help our Austrian customer building a central working place with Dynamics Customer Engagement for its service department (service, sales and marketing module). Dynamics CE is highly integrated with other backend systems by means of Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions. IFRAME Integrations are used to directly access the backend UIs from within Dynamics . Azure Cognitive Services and LUIS (Language Understanding) are used to automatically identify service cases and route them appropriately. The Dynamics environment is according to Microsoft Support one of or maybe the biggest existing in Europe.
