Mrtt Fal Production Engineer (Madrid)

Responsibilities

• Coordination of a multifunctional team to achieve delivery goals without pending work (integration of all functions assigned to Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Production control, etc.).
• Coordination of team resources assigned to a GNT (human, infrastructure, tooling, industrial means, etc.) composed of engineers, electricians, mechanical fitters, testing technicians, EASA145 certifiers, Airbus, and several subcontractors working in the same GNT.
• Lead cultural transformation toward a more efficient organization by deploying and implementing company corporate values.
• Organize and supervise production groups; implement continuous improvement methods to reduce costs and lead time; possess specific knowledge in conflict management and resolution.
• Support the implementation of HO Systems Installation & Functional Test – AG2 strategy and goals.
