**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MRO Technician to support maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations on generator systems and related components. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical knowledge who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, disassembly, and rebuilding equipment to high-quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Disassemble generators and related equipment down to the component level
+ Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using inspection tools and troubleshooting techniques
+ Repair or replace defective parts, including wiring, internal components, and assemblies
+ Rebuild and reassemble units to meet quality and performance standards
+ Perform functional testing to ensure proper operation after repair
