This is a full-time MRI Technologist position located at West Hospital. The hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 5p-3:30a. Sign-on bonus available to eligible applicants!

Possesses knowledge of MRI safety and safety zones. Reviews patient history and screens for safety concerns (ferromagnetic objects, implanted devices, etc.). Educates patients on what to expect and ensures they are safe and comfortable during their scan. Obtains IV access, prepares and administers contrast and is familiar with recognizing and responding to adverse contrast events. Possesses advanced knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy. Ensures the MRI environment remains safe by screening all visitors and team members entering the MRI environment. Displays knowledge of scanning protocols and adjusts to ensure diagnostic images.
