This is achieved by using scheduling tools to guarantee operational continuity and meet the key tracking indicators in the Foundry Center and Fusion & Sands.
Develop and manage improvements to monitoring and information systems.
Main Responsibilities
Master Production Schedule Foundry Center / Fusion & Sands
Production Program for Sand Reclaimers
Return Collection Program (Risers, Flash, Scrap, Dross, etc.)
Distribution and Consumption Program for Scrap Pieces in Fusion Furnaces (PRN)
Raw Material (Sand) Appointment and Arrival Program
Report and Monitoring of Compliance with Production Programs for F&S / Foundry Center
Monitoring of Fusion Compliance and Metal Pumping
Physical Inventory Count of Raw Materials
