Moulding Technician I

**Job Description Summary**
Perform a variety of tasks in the moulding process of the blade.

**Job Description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Perform moulding tasks following work instructions

+ Apply gel coat, lay glass and foam, smooth wrinkles and trim glass

+ Assemble root plate with bushings

+ Lay profiles and place bag over shell

+ Complete the infusion process – vacuum check, begin infusion, trouble shoot and take temperatures for remainder of process

+ Wear designated personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety guidelines

+ Maintain 5s standards

**Required Qualifications**

+ Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs.

+ Ability to push/pull heavy objects.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors.

+ Ability to work with hands for an extended period.
