Our client is a specialist in their industry and is looking to recruit a permanent Mould Shop Manager.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a string Leader who has an excellent Injection Moulding background.
The Job you’ll do
* The Mould Shop Manager is accountable for all product and tooling processes associated with the manufacture of injection moulded components produced from PVC, TPE, GFPA, PA, SEBS, EPDM and FKM.
* The role leads Production and Production Engineering teams to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality products are manufactured in line with customer requirements, Quality Standards and the QHSE Policy.
* The Mould Shop Manager is responsible for technical excellence, operational performance and QHSE compliance across three sites.
