ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct detailed review on drawings and promptly report design errors or improvements to the Design Section.
• Verify insert measurements meet specifications before proceeding to polishing or mould fitting.
• Report any detected defects, identify machining process deficiencies and propose enhancements.
• Able to operate basic conventional machines (milling, grinding, wirecut, lathe).
• Ensure optimal insert fitting and mould assembly for excellent mould performance in production.
• Collaborate with Technicians and Engineers in mould testing and improvements as needed.
• Attend mould improvement meetings, contributing practical ideas to address functionality, appearance, or dimensional issues.
• Provide valuable suggestions for new mould development during New Project Evaluation Analysis (NPEA) meetings.
