Job Summary

Lead new mould development and fabrication projects while providing engineering support to optimize plastic injection moulding processes and enhance tooling efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fabricate new moulds to meet production specifications and quality standards
• Fabricate jigs and mechanical parts to support manufacturing operations
• Modify existing moulds and perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure operational reliability
• Maintain and service machinery to uphold production efficiency and minimize downtime
• Provide engineering support for plastic injection moulding processes to improve efficiency and resolve technical issues
• Lead new mould projects, managing timelines and deliverables to successful completion
• Enhance existing tooling to increase machine and mould efficiency and reduce reject rates
