Mould Designer

• Perform 2D & 3D components analysis and Prepare Design For Manufacturability (DFM) Report
• Hands on technical discussion and design confirmation with customer when needed
• Design a complete plastic mould , 3D, 2D
• To provide advice and guidance on tooling improvement and repair/maintenance
• Must have minimum 5 years experience designing in Plastic Injection Mould
• Highly proficient using Unigraphics NX7
• Requires strong plastic processing knowledge and mechanical actions of injection mould tooling.
• Knowledge of mould flow
• Knowledge of 2-colour mould
