Motorpool Engineer Responsibilities

• Supervises team members to ensure that duties and responsibilities are carried out accordingly
• Schedules and monitors daily activities of TMs
• Conducts scheduled Performance Appraisal
• Approves DTR, Overtime, and VL/SL application of TMs
• Responsible for the professional well-being of TMs
• Report and monitoring of vehicle tracker & dashcam
• Ensures that company vehicles and stationary equipment are on top operating condition
• Implements and ensures prompt and proper execution of Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) of all company vehicles
• Prepares requisitions for needed vehicle and stationary parts
• Prepares and implements approved Motorpool Department’s OPEX and CAPEX budgets
• Ensures proper scheduling of trips and issuance of fuel and oil withdrawals
• Schedules/monitors/issues trip tickets for all company vehicles
