About the Role

We are seeking to appoint a Motor Schemes Underwriting Team Lead to support the delivery of growth objectives on motor schemes business, including Taxi business, through profitable underwriting of motor risks within agreed authority levels whilst developing key partner relationships.
Job Responsibilities

Working closely with the Motor Class Lead and Technical Underwriting Operations Manager to support achievement of portfolio objectives the successful person will be results and service focused.

Key responsibilities will include;
Execution of Motor Schemes strategy to positively impact account performance, including risk level assessment and selection.

Delivering planned growth and profitability results through the effective underwriting of cases within own Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA).
