Role Description
We are recruiting a Motion Designer to be Optima's one-person media arm (enough taste to set the register + enough craft to ship most of it themselves):

Take a script, a brief, or just a direction — and turn it into something worth watching. Storyboard it, design it, animate it, ship it
Own the visual register: what Optima looks like, how it moves, what it sounds like in motion. You set it and you hold it
Use AI generation tools (what already exists and whatever lands next month) as a real part of your production workflow, not for the sake of it
Produce the full range: launch films, short-form social content, animated explainers, data visualisations, ...
