The International Potato Center (CIP) seeks a National Consultant to lead a Most Significant Change (MSC) study under the CGIAR Food Frontiers and Security Science Program. The consultant will design and facilitate the MSC process for the Vendor Business School in Quezon City, documenting outcomes through stakeholder engagement, qualitative analysis, and knowledge product development.
