Wells Fargo is seeking to hire a **Mortgage Underwriting Associate Manager (AVP)** to support our **Home Lending Operations - Underwriting Group** in Manila, Philippines.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Supervise coordinators in performance of less complex tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance of assigned work
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement, risk management, and control opportunities
+ Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of senior management; leverage interpretation of existing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
+ Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers
