This role combines production leadership, strategic growth, talent development, and operational excellence to ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly volume and profitability goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced mortgage professional with strong sales, leadership, and compliance skills who can balance personal production with team oversight.

The Mortgage Sales Manager is an exempt position and reports to Senior Manager, Mortgage Loan Production.
