SUMMARY

Manages mortgage loan activities in a branch office. Through professional persistence, solicits and originates investment quality loans that are acceptable to the company’s chosen investors and agencies. Develops and maintains a strong client referral base by selling the company’s loan products and services to meet the needs of its client base such as realtors, builders, home buyers, CPS’s, financial planners and others.
