Job OverviewThe Forklift Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, and transporting raw materials, packaging materials, supplies and finished goods, ensuring they are available in time for production or shipping.
The operator may also perform stock counts and control activities, support inventory management, and carry out routine equipment servicing and basic checks on materials.Responsibilities- Receive and inspect raw materials and goods; check appearance and shipping documents, report defects, and record receipts in the system.
- Store raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and pallets in prescribed locations, ensuring safety requirements are met.
- Conduct inventory counts, compare with administrative inventory, detect deviations, and report discrepancies.
- Transport materials to and from production departments according to planning, preventing product accumulation.
