Monitoring Engineer

Description

This is a senior level engineer to support engineering and architecture functions for the observability team and based on positive team feedback, will be converted to FTE in 05/2027. This role is necessary to: - Provide hands-on technical leadership for platform reliability and scalability - Design and enforce observability patterns and standards - Lead AIOps enablement (Davis AI / causal analysis) - Prevent uncontrolled log growth, alert noise, and cost overruns - Ensure data models align across observability tools (Dynatrace, IBM SevOne, ServiceNow ITOM and others).
