Job Description

  Main missions: 
  As part of the transversal controlling team, you will support IT Services departments needs in term of global monitoring in day-to-day life. You’ll provide a useful point of contact between AXA GO support functions (Finance, Procurement, HR, …) and IT Services departments, capable of collecting, consolidating & explaining to all stakeholder’s key elements, foster improvements and drive changes. You’ll be part of a team focused on the IT Services department of Corporate Functions Global Products and Business & Data Global Products. 
  Main Responsibilities: 
  Budget update & follow-up: 
  Collaborate with the operational managers to collect and consolidate data in order to prepare budget and forecast. 
  Update the budget tool on a monthly basis (rolling forecast) especially on staff costs
