Your Impact

 MAIN ACTIVITIES 
 Support the team in managing day-to-day requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-up, clear tracking and accurate resolution 
 Provide operational support for requests coming from regional retail teams related to the in-store app, liaising with IT and HQ functions when needed
