Molding Technician

Molding Technician responsible for operating and calibrating machinery, adhering to product guidelines, conducting quality inspections on finished products, lifting heavy materials, and training new workforce members.

• responsible for the effective and efficient execution of production
• plans according to established operating procedures on machines and manage process area in line with operational objectives and standards;
• responds and performs high risk task to be given by superior in-charge;
• conducts daily mold and machine check sheet update;
• handles and operates injection machine;
• performs daily Quality and Machine troubleshooting to achieve the productivity & efficiency target of all machine;
• performs reporting for any kind of mold and machine trouble;
• performs machine, tools/cutter and jig set-up;
• operate machines during injection;
• accomplishes all required production reports right after each jobs;...
