+ Assist senior technicians with machine setup and operation.
+ Load and unload materials and products from equipment.
+ Follow detailed instructions to complete assigned tasks.
+ Monitor machines and escalate issues to the Supervisor.
+ Use hand tools and shop equipment as needed.
+ Regulate machine settings (pressure, temperature, cure times) with guidance.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.
