+ Perform advanced setup, operation, and monitoring of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
+ Execute and oversee complex molding processes, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and production standards
+ Identify, analyze, and resolve highly complex molding defects and process issues where standard solutions may not exist
+ Adapt and modify processing techniques, equipment settings, tooling, and materials to address unique or evolving challenges
