**Job Title: Molding Operator**

1st shift: 5am-1:30pm Monday-Friday $19/hr

2nd shift 2pm-10:30pm Monday-Friday $19.95/hr

3rd shift 10pm-6:30am Monday-Friday $20.90/hr

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate molding machines, presses, and related equipment to produce silicone rubber components for implantable medical devices.
+ Work in a GMP clean room environment, following all gowning, cleanliness, and contamination control procedures at all times.
+ Handle, assemble, and process small parts with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
+ Perform quality checks and visual inspections of molded parts to ensure they meet specifications and part quality standards.
+ Use microscopes, gages, and small hand tools to inspect and verify part dimensions and overall product quality.
+ Monitor molding machines and equipment during operation, identifying irregularities and performing basic troubleshooting as needed.
