Job Description:

**Job Overview**

+ Set up, start up, and optimize injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
+ Develop, adjust, and maintain molding processes to meet quality, cycle time, and scrap targets
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex molding defects (e.g., short shots, flash, warpage, splay, burn marks)
+ Analyze recurring process issues and implement corrective actions to improve consistency and efficiency
+ Modify and adapt processing parameters, tooling, materials, and equipment to resolve production challenges
+ Perform mold validations, process studies, and parameter optimization (scientific molding principles preferred)
