Lead implementation and adoption of the T.I.M.E.™ (Thermoplastic Injection Molding Excellence) methodology at the site.

Drive standardized practices across process development, validation, monitoring, control, and sustainment.

Support development of robust, repeatable injection molding processes using scientific molding principles.

Guide and support validation activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ.

Ensure appropriate use of DOE, process characterization, and operating window definition.

Reinforce adherence to established process standards and eliminate workaround-based practices.

Provide troubleshooting support to Engineering and Operations to resolve process variation and instability.

Support restoration of validated process conditions following deviations or changes.
