Job Description

 Job Responsibilities 
Act as engineering resource to molding operation ensuring process standardization and responsible for new tooling/autoloader process set up / optimization of existing process.
Participate in early design quality level and meeting the process capabilities.
Provide engineering support in terms of production and quality issues to ensure issues are contained and resolved.
Collaborate with other related departments to ensure the process / equipment maintenance activities.
Train the new process technician / tool maker to meet their objectives and organization needs.
 Requirements 
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in tooling design and manufacturing.
Strong experience in injection molding and high-volume production.
Knowledge in mold design (hot runner, cooling, gating, etc....
