Aptar is seeking a Mold Technician based in Lincolnton, NC. Looking for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude to learn skills as a mold technician. The right candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.This person will work independently, as well as in a team environment, doing all aspects of injection mold preventative maintenance and troubleshooting / problem solving. No prior experience required. We’ll train the right person.


As a Mold Technician, You Will

  • Full Disassembly and reassembly of molds

  • Cleaning of mold components (hand and tank processes)

  • Cleaning and changing of ultrasonic wash unit and coolant tanks

  • In-Press mold preventative maintenance

  • Perform mold component conversions in multi-cavity tooling

  • Housekeeping and 5S activity
