**Job Title: Mold Setter (1st and 2nd Shift)**

**Job Description**

This role is responsible for setting up and starting up plastic injection molding machines in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure that safety and quality standards are consistently met by properly configuring equipment, performing first-line troubleshooting, and using precision measuring tools to verify that parts meet specifications.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and start up plastic injection molding machines according to production requirements and specifications.
+ Ensure safety is prioritized in all tasks, following established safety procedures and using required protective equipment at all times.
+ Use micrometers, calipers, comparators, and other testing devices to verify that parts meet quality standards and inspection specifications.
