Job Description

The Mold Process Engineer will provide regional technical expertise and leadership in the areas of scientific molding, process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of injection molding operations. This includes customer interface, resolution of process-related issues, and collaboration with other Phillips-Medisize facilities in at the following Phillips-Medisize location: Katowice, Poland.
What You Will Do In This Role:
Provide program surge support as an active member of a project team regionally, and possibly globally, in coordination with the Molding Engineering Manager (MTG).
Support the Global Cost Development (GCD) process to establish part cycle times, material consumption estimates, IMM/press options and selection. 
Troubleshoot molding processes to resolve quality or efficiency issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Support, and occasionally lead, Mold Process Community of Practice (CoP) initiativ...
