Mold designer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mold Designer to join our growing engineering team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and engineering of high-quality, complex, and large-scale plastic injection molds (with a strong emphasis on automotive exterior/interior components). You will transform complex product data into robust, manufacturing-ready mold designs, optimization-driven cooling systems, and innovative mechanisms.
End-to-End Mold Design: Create 3 D layouts, complete assembly designs for plastic injection molds (ranging from multi-cavity precision tools to large-size automotive molds).
Advanced Mechanism Development: Design complex mold mechanisms, including intricate slider movements, lifters, multi-stage ejection systems, and hot runner system integration
DFM & Feasibility Reviews: Conduct thorough Design for Manufacturing (DFM) analyses, identifying potential part defects
