Location: Pillaipakkam

Experience: 5 to 10 years

*Proficient in CNC Milling(3 Axis) operations,Manual Programming-Experience with Makino,DMG preferred , Proficient in CAM Programming-Expereince in Powermil l is preferred Sound Knowledge of Cutting Tools, Speed,Feed,Work holding Devices,Tool holding devices, G & M Codes,Basic Machine Maintenance Knowledge

*Basic GD & T Knowledge along with good exposure in Conventional Measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper,Micrometer, Dial Gauge,Bore gauge,Slip gauge,etc,..

*3D & 2D Drawing Reading capability

*Tooling Materials Knowledge,Hardness,Basic Heat treatment knowledge

*Machining Process flow Knowledge & Methods Knowledge

*BasicTool Room system knowledge
