Our client is a Japanese Company who produces Aluminium Die Casting Bases for Hard Disk Drive selling worldwide to well-known Computer Manufacturers.
Now they're looking for qualified people to join our team due to the growth of the order.
Responsibilities
Handling overall Control of Mold Fabrication Processes such as CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, Assembly, and reporting to the Department Manager
Setting and Achieve Department KPI and Employees’ KPI.
Monitoring and Achieve Production Target & Sale Target.
Handling production meetings & follow up on production progress.
Proposing action to improve Quality System.
Improving the Product Quality and Achieve Quality Target.
Communicating and solving the problem about quality issues to concern persons.
Managing all subordinates to perform quality standards.
