• Expertise in ERP LN modules such as: 
o Manufacturing 
o Logistics 
o Procurement 
o Warehouse Management 
o Order Management 
o Finance (Major understanding)

o Incident management 
o Service requests 
o Problem management 
o Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
